M Core, a leading pan-European property investment and management collective, has successfully completed the acquisition and rebranding of seven retail parks in Romania, marking a significant milestone in its strategic growth across the region. These assets acquired in February 2025 from MAS now officially operate under the M Park brand, reinforcing M Core’s commitment to long-term investment in high-quality, necessity-driven retail destinations.

The newly rebranded locations; M Park Slobozia, M Park Focșani, M Park Râmnicu Sărat, M Park Sebeș, M Park Târgu Secuiesc, M Park Făgăraș, and M Park Gheorgheni join a growing national network designed to deliver accessible, community-focused retail environments. Each site offers a curated mix of essential retailers and services tailored to the needs of residents, supporting both convenience and quality of life.
