M Core secures PUZ approval for new M Park Lugoj development

M Core, one of Romania’s most active developers of retail parks, has received official approval for the Zonal Urban Plan (PUZ) for its latest commercial project under the M Park brand in Lugoj. This milestone marks a significant step in M Core’s strategic expansion and underscores its commitment to delivering modern, accessible, and community-focused retail destinations.

The new M Park Lugoj will be developed on a site spanning approximately 32,000 sqm, with a projected built-up area of 9,800 sqm. Leasing momentum is strong, with the entire retail space already secured by a mix of international and local brands—demonstrating robust market demand and confidence in the project.

Construction is set to begin in April 2026, with the grand opening scheduled for January 2027.
