M Park Titan: shaping the future of retail in Bucharest 

In a city defined by transformation, Square 7, part of M Core, is setting a new benchmark for proximity retail with the development of M Park Titan, a modern retail destination now under construction in Bucharest.

Strategically located in a high-potential urban zone, the 3.2 ha plot was acquired in April 2025, with construction commencing the following month. The scheme will deliver approximately 8,500 sqm of built-up retail space, designed to meet the evolving needs of local consumers with a curated mix of essential services and lifestyle brands.

Confirmed tenants include Animax, BeFit Gym, Deichmann, dm drogerie markt, Dr. Max, Esenta Plant, Flanco, JYSK, KFC, Las Vegas Games, Mesopotamia, Pepco, Sinsay and Tedi. This diverse tenant mix ensures a convenient and efficient shopping experience for local residents, with the official opening slated for December 2025.

In line with M Core’s ESG commitments, the development will feature electric vehicle charging stations provided by Eldrive Romania and will adhere to modern green building certification standards.
