Square 7 Properties and Mitiska REIM inaugurate Giurgiu Shopping Park

Square 7 Properties in partnership with the Belgian investment fund, Mitiska REIM, will launch Giurgiu Shopping Park tomorrow, March 30th, starting with 9.00 am, at 10 Academician Miron Nicolescu Boulevard.

On the same time, the project contributes to the economic development of the city, offering employment opportunities for the residents of Giurgiu City, says Clemens Petschnikar, CEO, Square 7 Properties.

Giurgiu Shopping Park has a gross leasable area (GLA) of 7,000 sqm and will offer a variety of shopping options, hosting stores with a wide range of products, including clothing and accessories, cosmetics, home-deco, a Drive Thru restaurant, pet shop and products for children. Giurgiu Shopping Park is anchored by Lidl, and is fully leased to international and well-known brands such as: Tedi, CCC, Hervis, Dr. Max, Noriel, New Yorker, Takko, KFC, Kik, Sinsay, Xpress and Fressnapf.

The Giurgiu project was developed in partnership with the Belgian investment fund Mitiska REIM, the general contractor being the Austrian company Strabag.
