Squarebox is a real estate management company with an integrated view on providing the complete package of property and asset management services to property investors and owners.
Squarebox supports investors with all issues relevant to owning and operating a real estate property or a portfolio of properties. A highly professional and pragmatically client-oriented team provides full services in the fields of:

Squarebox is looking back at a 10 years+ track record of successfully managing and operating retail real estate in Romania and has been extensively involved in various M&A transactions and international bank financing operations. Squarebox has been able to build and maintain good and strong relationships to important representatives of all of the relevant operators of retail units on a national and international level, which represents an important ingredient for effectively leasing retail centres, optimising tenant mixes, and keeping vacancies at a minimum level.
Squarebox is currently managing a portfolio of 24 operational retail parks in Romania, providing full management services to the owners of the properties. In addition Squarebox is managing the leasing process for a number properties under development.
FACILITY MANAGEMENT
Switchboard is a Facility Management company providing cost efficient and high-quality maintenance, repair, and cleaning services to the properties owned its clients and to their tenants.
Switchboard is currently providing facility management services for 24 retail parks all over Romania. Service teams and operators are permanently taking care of properties within efficiently assigned areas, thus providing a maximum service level to the property owner, without creating an extensive burden on the cost structure of the asset.
